Well, the exciting news is now that most of the text for the Gruff Guides is done, I’ve got time to really get stuck into my Victorian gothic novel for older children (8+). The slightly daunting news is that I’m going to seriously rewrite it, having stepped back long enough now to see how it can be improved. This is going to require huge amounts of tea, chocolate and atmospheric music, but it’s hopefully going to be a fun and satisfying process!
