Pirating fun in Devon!

Pirating fun in Devon!

Thanks to everyone who came along to the Pirate Blunderbeard event at Tiverton Library yesterday! And big thanks to all the library staff for helping to organise it. Such a fun way to kick off the Tiverton Literary Festival!

The one moment when I’m actually standing still during the reading!

There were lots of fun pirate activities, including a search for treasure hidden around the library, design your own doubloon, activity sheets, create a pirate and a treasure map game…

and congratulations to Connor and Lucy who won signed copies of the book in the Treasure Map and Doubloon Dip competitions!

Pirate Blunderbeard is proud to be supporting baby charity ICP Support, with 5% of author royalties being donated. So thank you to everyone who bought a copy of the book – it’s helping to make a difference in the world.

With some of the crew…

So thank you for coming along, me hearties, and see you next time!
