2020 winners

I’m delighted to announce the winners of the Writing Magazine Picture Book Prize 2020! But first, a heartfelt congratulations to all our shortlisted entrants! It is a great achievement to be shortlisted for a book prize, especially when there were over 450 entrants! Please be encouraged and keep on writing and submitting!

Congratulations to you all! The judging was very hard, with so many great stories to choose from. If you were longlisted or shortlisted, please be very encouraged. And if you didn’t quite make the list this year, PLEASE KEEP WRITING. You never know where it will take you.

The Picture Book Prize will be running again this year, with the submission window from 1st September – 31st October 2021.
