Well, first a big thank you to all who helped organise the Gruff event at Eastbourne Waterstone’s last Saturday. And another big thank you to everyone who came along. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. The children produced some lovely, sparkly pictures and bookmarks (yes, I am once again ‘Amy Sparkles’ although I think I’ve nearly de-glittered everything!) The book certainly seemed to go down well and the shop actually sold out of copies!

I’m hoping to be back in Eastbourne with the next Gruff book, ‘Gruff’s Guide to Secret Sea’, which is out in Spring 2012. Hopefully the glitter from the last event will have disappeared by then…!
